Used hierarchical agglomerative clustering for disease mapping and e-surveillance in areas with a lack of medical facilities, specifically villages in the states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu in the form of an app for PES Hospital, Kuppam

Built an ImajeJ applet to recognize brain tumors with a higher accuracy than currently available medical methodologies under Professor Kaushik Yatri at the Indian Institute of Science
